Hi, I’m Connie, the owner of Coastline Billing Services, a behavioral health billing company located in Old Lyme Connecticut, providing customized and reliable billing services to mental healthcare providers throughout Connecticut and Florida.

As a mental health biller, I strongly believe that successful billing operations stem from maintaining open and regular communication with my clients. I have experience working with most commercial and governmental insurances such as Optum, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, Cigna and associated companies, Medicaid/Medicare, Tricare/Humana, Champ VA, and Veteran Administration.

I also have experience with Simple Practice, Therapy Notes, Office Ally, Availity, AIM, Navinet, Clearance/Change Healthcare & EPIC.
